It’s Taco Tuesday! This is so easy to do!
- Spread 1/3 cup of cheese (I prefer Sharp Cheddar or Monterrey Jack) in a thin layer on top of parchment paper on a microwave safe plate.
- Microwave 1-1.5 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and let cool briefly.
- The cheese will be flexible on the parchment paper, and you can bend it over a large cooking utensil to give it a taco shell shape.
